Project Overview

HAL (Holistic Agiential Learning) is an experimental software environment for
creating and running closed-loop experiments on the |mxwbio|_ MaxOne 
and MaxTwo. To do this, HAL uses and augments the MaxWell API (both Python and C++) for the MaxOne/Two.
